Academic Positions

Nov. 2022 - Present

Post-doc, Institute for Mathematics, Heidelberg (Germany)

This position is funded by the Cluster of Excellence STRUCTURES. I was part of the Geometry groups (led by Prof. Anna Wienhard and Prof. Beatrice Pozzetti until the Summer of 2024, and I am now affiliated with the Mathematical Physics group led by Prof. Johannes Walcher. 

Sept. 2021 - Aug. 2022

Part-time ATER, University of Strasbourg (France)

ATER, short for Attaché Temporaire à l'Enseignement et la Recherche, is a one-year research and teaching position. During this time, I served as a full instructor, teaching Linear Algebra to first-year bachelor's students and Affine and Euclidean Geometry to second-year bachelor's students.

Supervisor: Vladimir Fock. Title: Cluster structures, orientifolds of brane tilings and higher laminations, defended on 16 Sept. 2022. My dissertation is available here.

Supervisor: Yang-Hui He. Topic: Monstrous Moonshine correspondence and dessins d'enfants.
